| Whenever you are being assisted by a professional working on commission, you always have that thought in the back of your mind whether or not they are looking out for your interests, or their own. I worked in commission sales myself for 6 years, and I can tell you Jen and Terry always had my best interests in mind first and foremost. I remember several conversations with Jen where I sought her advice. She related to me on my level, the aspect of the first time homebuyer not trying to get in over his head, and not the view of the salesperson trying to get her monthly bonus. It's that kind of trust I knew I could put in her, because I was her long term client, and not just a short term sale. There was a time prior where I was searching for a home, but it wasn't the right time. After all the effort she spent, I felt a little bad. All she told me was to keep her in mind if I ever got back into the market. She was still commited to me even though I was no longer a buyer. So when I was ready, I knew exactly who I needed to see.
