| We purchased this property as an investment/rental unit. ROY researched and found the bank with the lowest interest rates and the terms we wanted. He set up the initial appointment with the loan officer and was present at the loan application process and the closing of the loan.
The appliances in the unit were very old. Roy requested at the time of the offer a 1 year home warranty policy and got it for us. Roy also negotiated with the current tenant on the increased rent, and wrote up a new rental contract for us.
