| The late Marcus K. Nishikawa founded Marcus & Associates, Inc. in 1971. From its beginnings as solely a residential sales operation, the firm has grown over the years into a full service real estate company serving the islands of Oahu, Maui and Hawaii.
There are three divisions:
- Residential Sales Brokerage including the marketing of new home communities;
- Commercial Sales & Leasing encompassing office, retail and industrial properties; and
- Asset & Property Management which provide an array of services in the management of individual residential rentals, multi-unit apartments, including tax credit and bond compliance developments, commercial shopping centers, and office complexes. The property management division also boasts as Construction and Repair department to provide in-house expertise and coordination of maintenance and upkeep for the managed properties.
Today, Marcus & Associates, Inc. remains a locally owned, non-franchise company specializing in Hawaii property, providing our clientele with personalized, professional services. |
